Resolved by
Fixed by disabling
mmap_disable=yes
in /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf
Also removed all the dovecot indexs via
rm -rf /home/vmail/blkhospital.com/*/dovecot.index*
which will delete the server wide all dovecot indexes
