Zimbra LDAP Address Book with Outlook


  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and goto Tools > Account Settings
  1. Select Address Book tab and click on New...


  1. Now select Internet Directory Service (LDAP) and click on Next button:


  1. Fill the correct information on form:

Server Name: 10.5.14.15 or mailserver.bbfgroup.com

User Name: uid=tetratest_management,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com

Password: <PASSWORD>


Now click on More “Settings button”


  1. Set the display name of Address book and port = 389

Click on Search tab:


Set the Search Base value, click on Custom option:

Custom: ou=people,dc=bbfgroup,dc=com


Click on OK button

Now your zimbra address book is ready to use in Microsoft Outlook.
