ARCHITECTURE

Firstly mail will land on primary & secondary dns servers.


1 . NTPC have there own Windows based imss server having ip 10.0.16.14 which scans all remote incoming & outgoing mails.

2 . While sending or recieving remote mails mails firstly land on Public DNS server that is 10.0.16.9 & 10.0.16.10 then it forward to imss server then imess will do scan and then forward it to 10.0.16.12 that is zimbra live mail server and then this server forward to users mailbox.

3 . Every incoming & outgoing mails is also going to mail archiva server that is 10.0.16.11.

4 . NTPC have backup server having ip 10.0.16.16 that sync once within 24 hours from live zimbra mail server that is 10.0.16.12.

5 . NTPC have there two public dns server having ip 10.0.16.9 , 10.0.16.10
