Issue Raised

After upgrading Php 5.1.x to 5.2.x the joomla based site running on joomla 1.5 stops working properly.

Team Analysis

The due to lower version joomla doesn't understand the new compiled php 5.2.x automatically.

Solution

Reinstall the Joomla 1.5 on the server, Migrate the required component of the site to run with the concern person of mobilepedia, from old one to new one, and site starts working.

Reason behind above for understanding.

Joomla 1.5 can be run on both the version's of php without any error, just need to recomplie the whole site or migrate it to new version, then upgrade the Php is preferable.
