• Create New List

Steps:

1. Go to path: http://mail.nationtoday.in:7780/mailman/admin/
2. Click create a new mail list option.
3. Now open Create a mail.nationtoday.in Mailing List
4. Fill the list identity.
5. Now show the created lists http://mail.nationtoday.in:7780/mailman/listinfo

• Created List Setting

Steps:

1. Open the list Administrator page via path: http://mail.nationtoday.in:7780/mailman/admin/list name
2. Enter the list administrator password

• Entry of details of moderator.

1. Enter the created list administrator view.
2. Go to General option. Then
3. fill the required details and press Submit Your Changes

• Entry of membership details

1. Go to Membership Management option
2. then select Mass Subscription option
3. Send welcome messages to new subscribees? : select NO
4. then enter the members email address
5. then press Submit Your Changes.

• Check members lists

1. Select membership list. And enter the required option,

Mailman using flow:

Steps:

1. Users send the email msg on created list mail ID, ie. team@nationtoday.in
2. And In this list mail ID save multiple mumblers ids.
3. Now sender get the mail from mailman, regarding the hold approval msg.
4. And moderator revived approval request mail from mailman administrator.
5. Moderator get the link from the approval mail request
6. Now moderator go throw links
7. And Apply the email authentication Accepted or Rejected.
