GSTN - Zimbra Distribution list with sender restriction delegation

Creation of distribution list with sender restriction and delegation

1. Login into Zimbra
2. Go to manage > Distribution list and click on right upper gearbox, select new.

# Enter list name and display name and add members in to it. Click on next.

1. Select mailbox.gstn.org.in as mail server and click on next.

# Enter the owner email address who has to full access on following DL.

# Click on next and finish.

# Login from DL owner email address and click on contact , select DL and click on edit.

1. Click on distribution list properties and select “only internal user can send to this list”. Click
   on save.
